Your listings, in front of criteria-matched buyers, without changing how you work. Drop your listing sheet into Claude, either your own tracker or our intake template, and Oppsheet standardizes them and posts them anonymously, with no cap on how many you run. Each listing emails you the moment a buyer signals; buyer reports are formatted to forward straight to your client. No success fees on our side; your engagement and commission are untouched. Your mandate, your process, our distribution.
Live today, on every listing you post. Oppsheet tells you who has signaled interest, how each buyer lines up against that specific listing, and what needs your attention this week.
Every buyer who signals is tiered against that listing, not against your book in general. The tier is built from the buyer’s own attestations (funding basis, transaction type, sector focus, geography, size range) weighed against that listing’s sector, state, revenue band, and cash-flow disclosure. The same buyer can tier differently on two of your listings, because the fit is different.
The moment a buyer signals interest, the email goes to that listing’s own agent, with your admin address copied. A multi-agent shop gets the alert on the desk that holds the mandate, and the firm keeps a complete copy of every one.
A single daily email covers every listing you have active. New activity is ordered first, and each listing carries its own countdown, so the whole book reads top to bottom in one pass.
Drop in your own tracker and Oppsheet maps it to the Oppsheet taxonomy, then checks it against what you have already posted. Duplicates surface in the preview table before anything goes live, so re-importing an updated sheet never double-posts your book.
Listings run on a 6-month term. Every rollup carries the countdown, and extending is one sentence in Claude: add 1 month or 3 months, as often as the mandate needs.
A word on what tiers are and are not: tiers reflect self-attested buyer information weighed against each listing. They are not a verification, a credit check, or an endorsement of any buyer, and Oppsheet does not represent that a tier predicts whether a buyer will transact. Run your own diligence before you act on one.

This block has no blanks to fill. It works exactly as written.
Nothing to fill in here. The broker block is written to work for any mandate, so it carries no placeholders. Copy it as-is and upload your sheet. Need a starting format? Download the intake template linked below.

Five minutes now, and Oppsheet runs itself.
Brokers run two motions on Oppsheet: distribution and monitoring. Set both up once:
When Oppsheet Connect launches, add one line to your scheduled task: “Also check requests for me: any business owners seeking broker representation in my sectors?” Owners will be able to post anonymous requests for representation, delivered to brokers who’ve opted in, capped, never spammed. Transaction-advisory requests route to brokers, so your listing network and your inbound advisory pipeline live in one place.
The pattern: Oppsheet emails you the moment something happens. Your Claude Project is where the judgment happens. The scheduled scan just makes sure judgment happens on schedule.
A generic persona, start to finish. Not a real member, and not real deal data.
